• The monthly charge for a New Knoxville Telephone local telephone line, plus taxes & surcharges is approximately $14.12. Your first monthly bill may contain prorated charges, depending on when your initial installation was performed.

• New Knoxville Telephone Company will send each new customer a welcome packet within ten business days from the origin of their order.  An existing New Knoxville Telephone customer, who changes features, long distance carriers, etc. will receive a letter stating those changes.

• Lifeline, Link-up and other low-income assistance programs are available.  A customer who is currently receiving aid from food stamps, Medicaid, LIHEAP, etc. may be eligible for a low-income program.
