Listen for a dial tone and press *72. Dial the number you wish calls to be forwarded to. Numbers must be entered as they would if you were calling them (eg. LD is 1+, etc). If there is someone there to answer the phone, and they pick up, forwarding will be established.
If no one is there to pick up, hang up and immediately repeat the process. After you enter the forward-to number, you should hear a confirming tone, or 3 short tones. This indicates forwarding is established.
To remove forwarding, listen for a dial tone and press *73 – a confirming tone will indicate forwarding is removed.
Setting Up Call Forwarding on Busy

Local Measured rates or toll rates will apply to forwarded calls depending on where they are pointed.
Follow the Variable Call Forward procedure, but *90 to activate, *91 to deactivate.
Setting Up Call Forwarding No Answer
Follow the Variable Call Forward procedure, but *92 to activate, *93 to deactivate.
Remote Activation
From any phone dial remote access number 419-400-2372.
At the prompt enter the phone number that your call forwarding service is on. When prompted enter your PIN number. After the confirmation tone, follow the steps for the version of call forwarding you are subscribed to. From here follow the normal call forward steps as if you were on that phone.
